Association of Chicana Activists (AChA)

In 1991, San Diego State University Chicanas founded the Association of Chicana Activists (AChA), which seeks to empower the Chicana/o community, recruit and retain Chicana students to higher education, promote community activism, and endorse self-sufficiency.
